I am the author of a variety of books in different genres including history, autobiography, literary criticism and poetry. I have also authored, co-written and devised collaboratively over 15 plays (including Gormenghast authorized by the Mervyn Peake estate). In addition, I have written for the History of Britain Magazine, the Oral History Journal, PAN Magazine and the Bedfordshire Journal. My poetry has appeared in the Penarth Times and Monkey Kettle. At present I am working on a biography of the author of Desiderata Max Ehrmann.
